Delete your Firdeus account
You only have an account if you joined the Firdeus community. Everything else in the app is stored on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Firdeus and tap the settings icon on the Today screen.
- Under Community account, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email selam@firdeus.studio from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Firdeus account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your display name
- All your posts and replies, and the replies under your posts
- Your “I made du‘a” and “Helpful” taps, flags and blocks
Nothing is kept afterwards, except short-lived technical logs and backups held by our hosting provider, which are removed on their normal cycle.
